Society for All Round Development(SARD) is one of the best and professional Civic Agency working for the people in need on domains of Education, Child protection, Health & Sanitation and Livelihood. With more than 20 year of strong experience in developing modules, manuals, e-content and supplementary material for the education departments of various state governments of India, we aim for holistic development of students.

After establishing in 1996, we aims increase the participation of minority and disadvantaged communities in mainstream development processes. SARD is a pan India organization currently working in 9 states of India through its 13 field offices. SARD has been able to mobilize support from multilateral, bilateral institutions, INGO’s (international Non-Govt. Organizations), foundations, leading corporates and individuals since inception.

SARD’s intervention has expended in nine states. Our dedicated commitment to work with the deprived and marginalized children has made us to establish and innovate interventions in ensuring and advocating for quality education in formal schooling with bridge and remedial support classes, capacity building of teachers, enhancement of the school’s infrastructure as per the Right to Education, IT enabled education, etc. We also focus on implementing various community health programs that include comprehensive nutrition, maternal and child health with special focus on Polio eradication, complete routine immunization, Awareness building on HIV and AIDS prevention, and Reproductive child health.

Our Milestones:

• SARD in close cooperation with education department of Government of Rajasthan has developed content which has been out to all of the 55,000 primary schools of Rajasthan State. We also provided technical expertise for use the books in the pandemic situation for Grade 1 to 5 based on learning level outcome.
• SARD in close cooperation with SCERT Haryana has provided technical expertise in the development of Books for Grade 1 to 5. The material has been rolled out to all of the 9000 primary schools of Haryana State.
• SARD in collaboration with SCERT Madhya Pradesh has developed material for grades 3 to 9 which are adapted by the Government and available in 1,25,000 schools of Madhya Pradesh
• SARD has impacted the learning level outcome of more than 2,50,000 children in more than 700 government schools. We have also built several advanced state of the lab ICT and Science Labs in government schools and developed them into Centre of excellence.

SARD has run many successful programs on polio and routine immunization, reproductive child health, malnutrition and vector borne diseases in close coordination with leading corporates, civil society and state government.

 OUR GOAL: Empower minority and disadvantaged communities, particularly women and adolescent girls, by improving their access to quality education and health services; providing vocational training; introducing micro-credit schemes; and promoting environmentally sustainable income generating activities. Our thrust is to build the organizational and leadership capacities of its stakeholders. SARD takes a holistic and integrated approach to development that favors the sustainability of its programs by providing people access to tools, training and structures them need.
